For the same reason you don't see friends pop online: because they turned off notifications.  There is at least one episode where someone forgot, and we got a few notifications. "

The only way we will be able to tell is if Jeff or Vinny reference some current event like a Game announcement or big news that happened after the 14th of May during the upcoming episodes. If they do then you know one of them finished it beforehand. Also, why don't we see the achievement pop-ups in the episodes? That's dissappointing. Now I know that Jeff's reaction to everything is just canned. I might have to stop watching the ER run now?

According to the IGN Mass Effect podcast, if you entered your EA account details upon finishing the game, the same EA account as the one you use for Mass Effect 2, you must take Jacob into omega and at some point in walking around a quest will unlock related to Mass Effect: Galaxy.

Really? I found Mothership Zeta to be a boring mix of combat, linear hallways and bland environments (bar the earth viewing platform of course). There wasn't much character development and when you have people from different eras it just seemed like a missed opportunity. Point Lookout was good because it was basically a miniature version of Fallout 3.

It doesn't seem like Maric was a big player when the game was originally written, but when Gaider decided to go back and write the books he needed a subject/character an chose Maric. Now we have this really wierd situation because the books build him up as a main character only to have that completely reversed to the point where his name is mentioned like 5 times in the game. I thought we would at least see his ghost in the fade or something.

" I'd thought about creating a highlights thing myself only I have no video expertise so it's really just a theory.  One of my ideas was to include in a clip from GB's very first video thing.  It has Jeff and Vinny talking between themselves and mentioning about editing games pages and Persona 4 gets randomly mentioned by Vinny and Jeff goes: "What's that?"  I love that clip given hindsight - thought it might make a good intro.  There's forum threads out there where people list their favourite moment - I'd recommend searching for some of those and using them for inspiration.
