If I could buy the game for myself I wouldn't give a shit, but since I can't buy this game and I can't stand team BR and their inability to play videogames, team VJ is the only way for me to see this game through the end... If they stopped I would be pretty dissapointed no doubt.

You clearly haven't played the fucking game, not that someone as dense as you would be able to see past the graphics. It's not "so bad it's good". That's such a misconception about B-movies and games like this. They aren't loved because they suck, they are loved because despite obvious technical and budget constraints they have some very redeeming qualities.
There have been tons of broken ass terrible games worse than DP that never received anything like the following DP is starting to get.

It really comes down to taste, people that play games for gameplay rather than story won't like it, but people that can look past the bad stuff in deadly premonition will find a pretty good game with an interesting story.
