Normally I'm not one to pre-order a collectors edition of a game however with Dark Souls I figured "Hey I want it and the CE is the same price as normal and I have a BB gift card." Easy right? Wrong BB screwed up, didn't and apparently won't be getting CE copies of dark souls. Any one on here who got duped by their little bait and switch screw up should make sure you contact they're Customer Service, I managed to get them to give me a 20 dollar gift card because of it. What do you think about something like this? Is it a roll with the punches scenario or should actions like mine be taken? It also bears mentioning that I was in no way informed that they weren't getting them until I walked up to the counter and presented my pre-order receipt.
