Destroy all Humans, BiA: HH, The Godfather 2, Portal and Postal 2 all come to mind.

Most definitely Brutal Legend. It sounds fun in principle but I think the game will end up being short and badly designed.

Edit: Thanks for all the friend requests people, but now that I've had a good 20 I don't think I need anymore.

The Necrons and Chaos. Necrons because they are unique and  have some really good troops such as Scarabs and Flayed Ones, also they would be a really good counter for the Tyranid. Chaos for the Possessed Marines and the Defiler because those troops have always been some of my favorites.
