Yea, it all sounds very sus....sus as in they met some Colombian 'farmers' at the border and bought some of their merchandise which are going to subliminally advertise on GB and then sell at 200% profit.
Do something whilst you listen to it. So instead of just sitting doing nothing whilst you listen to it, listening to it improves something else. I listen to it when I'm on the train to University. It's about a 50minute ride, so it's something to listen to on the way there. If there's something you have to do every week which could be made better by listening to the podcast, listen to it then. Or listen to it before bed for 20 minutes. Over the course of a week, you'll get through it, and then there'll be another one ready for you! Plus their soothing voices will put you into a state of sleepiness! Especially Brad's. I wish my voice was like his :(
