This is a list of games that I would like to beat prior to picking up a Series-S on November 10th. I'm arbitrarily selecting 10 games that I would love to finish by then. If I do so then I can pick up my Series-S on launch. Even if I don't I will still get the Series-S, I just like to feel a sense of accomplishment. In no particular order.
Would like to beat Dark Souls like platformer. Symphony of the Night is too esoteric.
I really hope this is straight forward as i remember Castlevania being on NES. I hate all the systems of Symphony of the Night.
If Eidos had purchased the license to Indiana Jones we may never have met Lara Croft.
I really hate this franchise. It's unimaginative pulled from the headlines and 90210 residents smoking weed and fantasizing about "thuglife' and fortniting the hell out of lives that people lead. It's tired writing and not funny. Enough of my friends play this stuff and it gets referenced enough for me to put the 30 hours into the game and just delete it out of my life. My kids will find it one day and ask me to beat a mission for them and I will be able to because I suffered through it.
Dark Souls offers the tremendous amount of satisfaction I get from getting good at a game. Like Tony Hawk it feels real good. I hate the atmosphere and the setting. I thought I'd like the surge better and I don't so i need to beat one of these bad boys. I'm especially excited to write a review for one of the biggest games of the last 20 years.
A Star Wars shooter that I somehow missed. I have enjoyed about an hour and half off this game so far. Really excited to beat it.
I am enjoying the heart of Bully and I forgot that I was in the middle of playing it. So my list of 10 has become 11.
I have more Star Wars games than any other franchise in my backlog due to games with gold. If I can get through all of my Star Wars game I know I might take a bite out of the Kotors, Lego Star Wars, Jedi Knight Academy , or Battlefront 2
Just rewatched the trilogy. Inevitably i'll rewatch the trilogy in 10 years and I think completing this will help me appreciate some of my favorite movies even more.
A shooter that isn't about murder. Never done that before.
I am really falling in love with OG Xbox games. Let's see where this one goes.
