@Gamer_152:
In my mind, sound SHOULD be useful.  Again, I've never found it useful except for fishing.  The last straw for me was fighting Murmur in Shadow Labyrinth.  If there was ever a boss where Blizz should have/could have used sound to warn you of his upcoming attack, this was the boss.   Instead you just get some lame text.  Sound got turned off and I never went back.

After playing wow for a couple of years I've noticed I've only turned my sound on for cut scenes.

I've talked to others and they mostly do the same.  Sound is simply annoying, not useful in the least.

The only time I have found sound useful is for fishing, and I recently found an addon which turns sound on just as you catch a fish, then turns it off again.

My new technique for working with subscription type games is to generate a temporary credit card # from your bank's website.  Then I sign up for 3 months knowing the subscription won't be auto-renewed.

Cataclysm to me is a bit of a dud, but then I concentrate on my high level toons only (when you've got so many 80's you've lost count, you know you've played too long.)

Anyway, not enough post 80 content.  Vashj'ir is sooooooo bad everyone seems to just skip it now.  Dungeon queue's take forever.  Quests feel like retreads.  Some cut scene's are ok, but a lot aren't worth the bother.  The acting/writing for the zep ride to Twighlight is so bad I just have to walk away.

So I personally won't be too disappointed once my 3 months is up again.

I'm convinced that during the creation Fable III they ran out of time to complete the game.

The game felt like it was designed for 3 basic phases, the rise of the Prince, the fall as he prepares to defend his land, and finally a triumphant redemption, as he repairs the land from the second phase and earns back the trust from those he betrayed.

As it is, the third part seems to be lopped off.  The part that gets me thinking this is A, it would have turned that gut wrenching feeling from part II around and created an even greater high, returning from such depths of despair, and B, there are a couple of dialogue hints, like when you return to Aurora and how its mentioned how many people follow a certain prophet, and how having them on your side would be helpful.

Any thoughts?
