While I've got a topic about motherboards, Ive got another question. I keep seeing on a lot of these boards a IEEE 1394a connection. Does that mean that my PC will work on the internet pretty much out of the box? Sorry again if that's a stupid question. Thanks for the recommendations!

I'm building a gaming PC and I have already picked out my CPU. I'm getting an AMD Athlon 64 x2 6000+, so I need a motherboard with an AM2 CPU slot. I'm a newb though, so I don't know whats good and whats not as far as motherboards, so if you could recommend me something that would be great. I'm also getting a Sapphire HD 4870 as my video card if that makes any difference. I would like to go semi-cheap, but something that can still take advantage of like 4 gigs of RAM and my video card. Any recommendations would be appreciated, thanks ahead of time.

This game is gonna be awesome

Yeah I pretty much felt the exact same as TheGreatGuero, the first couple of levels sucked but once I gave the game more of a chance it got a crapton better. I like it a lot now.

Yeah, I'm looking forward to it, I just wish it wasn't coming out at such a bad time. Too many good games.

One time when I was moving my PC monitor I pushed it into something (didn't know I did it), so now there is an off color place where the indention was. Sucks pretty bad. Luckily my PC is pretty useless for games, so not a huge deal.

I'm looking forward to the Galactic Stage (I think that's what it is called), seems like it has the most depth. Tribal stage sounds cool too though.

The Wii compared to the other consoles seems to have and unbelievably high rate of crap games. That's because it has the largest market share so anyone wanting to spit out a game to make some money puts it on Wii.  I haven't bought a Wii game since SSBB. So if it seems like games on the Wii get worse ratings from journalists, its just because the games are worse for the most part.
