It's empty now, except for the golden wrenches page. Seems a little odd that they'd only give away 100 of them, though. I'm guessing this means tonight will be day one of the update.

@FirePrince: Yep, unfortunately. But if you pre-order it you can play it again next week. The game only costs $20, so it's not a bad deal.

The open beta ends today and there aren't any more planned betas. But anyone who pre-orders the game through EA, GameStop, Best Buy, or Impulse will get early access to the game, along with a few other extras. EA, GameStop Best Buy and Impulse all say you'll get access to the game from July 13th to the 19th, but Direct2Drive says their pro-order package allows you to access the game from July 9th through the 12th.

You can check out the pro-order info here.

I just got mine from the FilePlanet link.

EDIT: I also just realized that my premium membership hasn't run out yet on FP. Maybe that's why I got in... "
No, I have a normal account on FilePlanet and I was able to get a key just yesterday. They must have gotten more.

It wouldn't even let you purchase it again if you already have it in your library. Don't feel bad about taking it when it was free, they wanted to give it to as many people as possible. They keep putting it on sale to advertise it, and get as many people to buy it as they can, so more people will buy Portal 2. They're more focused on making profit from that than Portal now.

But if you really wanna pay for it, you could buy it as a gift for a friend.

@immike: Yep, it's the massively multiplayer online Need for Speed. It's a PC-only beta because it's only going to be released for PC. If you're looking for the next Need for Speed that'll be on consoles, check out Need for Speed: Shift.
