The combat is outstanding, you have to explore (no arrows pointing you in a direction), it is beautiful, challenging... amazing turn-based tactical RPG.

Hands down the best playing (not the best) single player FPS campaign since Singularity.
It controls perfectly with mouse & keyboard, the characters and story are just the right kind of crazy... I had a blast playing through this game.

Compared to old school adventure games the first part of Broken Age is relatively easy, but it does not hurt the game at all. The characters are extremely likeable, the world is beautifully realised in every way, and the story is just great.

Saying that I "enjoyed" my time with this game would probably be a lie.
This War of Mine puts you in a dark and gritty world in which every little decision you make matters. It is emotionally draining.

The LOTR license, Assassin's Creed movement, the combat is pretty much taken from the Batman games, and the Nemesis System adds something that makes it special.

Not as good as Dark Souls or Demon's Souls, but very solid and fun to play.

Removing the auction house and making the whole game a little bit darker was the right move. Diablo 3 is closer to what the 2nd game was (still nowhere near as good as PoE) and hopefully they will keep improving it even more.

This year's CoD actually comes with a well paced and fun to play campaign (who would have thought). I haven't played much of the multiplayer so far, but the movement feels great and in my opinion it's exactly what CoD needed.

Hearthstone is the first card game I've ever played and it is great. It's easy to learn and probably super addictive if you spend too much time with it.

It's an open world Dragon Age game that plays like an MMORPG.
Since I haven't finished it yet, and the fact that parts of the way the game controls (mainly menus and the tactical view) with mouse and keyboard are absolutely awful, it's not as high up on my list as it could otherwise have been. Maybe that will change over time.
