I know what wins, but I'm still excited for the GOTY-cast. Even before I knew though it was hard to imagine anything else winning given the GB personalities and the way they felt about the big games of the year.
There is a length were it is itchy for me but just man up for a couple days and it will get better. Also, maybe try and find some conditioner for course hair to try and make it softer.
The number one thing I would say is try and find someone who is about your skill level who you can play with on the same couch. You will grow with each other and it help you both naturally improve.
SSFIV is an awesome jumping off point but I think you can probably get SSFII Turbo HD Remix for cheaper to figure out if this whole Street Fighting thing holds any weight with you. However, I would certainly recommend Super over straight Street Fighter IV no matter which is cheaper.
Don't give Sega money for making Sonic 4 (If you have to give Sega money buy a Platinum game). MvC2 is a game for people who played the shit out of that game in arcades/Dreamcast. Marvel Pinball is fucking pinball. And X-men arcade is the weaksauce version of the Simpsons arcade game.
I hear Pac-man is amazing and I would super recommend PixelJunk Shooter and Flower, if you haven't play those games they are pretty good.
