And the creativity it brings to the table. It's been a while since I've made anything so big, so why not make a cottage pie? I actually made two of these but I got bored with the second one so I decided to spice it up with some petit pois. What did it taste like? Rather salty if I'm honest.
 
(Sorry for the shitty quality of the picture, I had to use my phone and the other pie was getting a little too hot for it's own good).

@phlegms:  Oh Gawd you live in Raheny?! That place is full of knackers, single mothers and people so old that they're practically decaying. Then there's that pub, Ceeders that all of my friends go to. Actually I'm going there this Saturday since it's my friends birthday. As much as I hate the place I'm only going for him. Portmarnock is pretty barren to me. I live on the edge of it though. It's still nowhere considering the fact I can see for miles when I step out of my house.

@phlegms: That's because it's inhabited by those inbred bastards. Towns alright although the only pub I've ever been in was Fitzgeralds I think, it's just across the Q Bar (which is awful). Any suggestions of a good pub?

@eroticfishcake: The Porterhouse just off graton st is my favourite. It has hundreds of different types of beer and some killer cocktails if you're feeling frisky.
Fibbers is also good, but I forget where that is. Doyles is also awesome (mainly for the surprisingly good music they play) which is just behind Trinity.
