Hi! I haven’t found anyone else inquiring about my issue, so here it goes: while playing archived videos in the Apple TV app, the video will get stuck after a second or two while the audio continues to play for about 10-seconds. The video will eventually catch up but again only for a second or so, only to get stuck again. Repeat to infinity. This has been going on for me for about six months. I’ve tried re-installing the app to no successful results at least twice. I hadn’t come in here because I figured it would get fixed, because I assumed this was widespread and I can use the Xbox app, which works pretty well for me, but the Apple TV is definitely my main streaming device, and I’d love it if I could go back to using it, especially because it controls way better than any of the Xbox video apps. Hope there’s some way to fix this either on my end or in a future update.

@roars5000: “I noticed that the Giant Bomb Apple TV app was updated and it looks great, but the live feed hasn’t been working. When I click on the live option, I get the endless pinwheel of death. I’ve tried restarting the Apple TV but the app still doesn’t work for the live feed.”

Can I turn off HDR from an in-game menu on Xbox One X? I’m hoping to be able to do that so I don’t have to keep switching it on and off when I want to use Netflix and 4K Blu-rays.

I just use my YouTube history to access the GBI feed and watch that way on the YouTube app. Absolutely flawless.

It seems to be just not especially good. I would give it a go, but I feel kinda dirty supporting this dirtbaggy project. Maybe if they make it super cheap super soon. Which I suspect might actually happen.

No, but they've actually begun to do them on Tuesday mornings, like really. Ever since they've been doing the live sound effects and all of that. They say their current setup allows them to have a quicker turnaround, and so they're doing them like that to have as much current news and stuff possible.

I have to leave in 30 minutes. An hour tops. Do you guys think I'll be able to download the episode before then?

@dudeglove: Which is the ideal scenario. Giant Bomb has always taken steps to ensure not dropping in quality. This will only give the audience more options without makingthe audio version any worse.
