What types of exercises do you struggle with the most?

( I'm interested in seeing what GB members struggles with certain workouts, so feel free to give quick detail or just give a name.)

For me some of the workouts I struggle with the most are....

Squats - Now doing the squats with weights can be a desperate struggle, but the after effects is what bothers me the most. Feeling that snap back action in my legs can be bothersome. Especially when I'm using the bathroom, picking something up or moving in general. Feeling that intense pain can be an awful experience.

Running on the Treadmill - Trying to Keep up pace while I'd set the speed limit up to 40. Can give me that intense rush while I'm trying to catch my breath. Sometimes I try to expect more out of myself and run for 60 minutes, but in reality I can run about 35 or 40 minutes before my body gives out. My heart can only take so much stress.

Stair Master - Fuck this machine. After only 10 minutes I felt like my heart was going to explode. It feels like a robot is trying to force you to walk up the stairs, but in the end this machine ain't worth a heart attack.

I'm not a big fan of the stairmaster (elliptical all the way, baby) but I'm terrible at squats using a barbell. Even with a Smith machine, I freak the fuck out at the idea of resting weights against my neck.

It would have to be just straight up jogging for me. I don't have the stamina yet but I'm working on it. Right now I'm just strengthening my legs before I try again. My legs (calves) usually get tired before I do (stamina wise).

I'd probably say weight lifting. Kind of new for me. I like hitting up the treadmill, elliptical, or bike machines more. But to get that muscle bigger, you gotta work it and weights definitely help.

I have tried to exercise regularly, but once something interrupts whatever slapped together 'schedule' I've made for myself I usually never actually get back to it.

So, all of them?

The hardest exercise is actually setting aside the time to exercise.

The ones where I have to get off the couch. Or not be in front of a computer. Unless wanking is an exercise; I'm pretty good at that one.

Yeah, jacking-off can burn calories from what I've heard..

I can't swim.

I almost died once when I went swimming with a friend in Canada. I jumped in a pool, but didn't know how deep it was until I got in.

I almost blacked out, but luckily a lifeguard noticed me. Sense that happen I started practicing how to swim, and overtime I eventually learned.

I hate jumping rope. It was one of the core reasons I stopped boxing when I was younger, as it just made me feel like an uncoordinated wreck.

I also hate pushups, as I am unfit and have gained weight recently due to laziness and stress, and I am trying to force myself to improve and it's difficult. Ugh.

When I was 330 pounds I could only do about 5 pushups, but now sense I'm 216 pounds I can do 60 pushups. It feels so aswome how much I improved over the pass year and a half. Once a person drops weight and build up strength its alot easier. It all takes hard work and determination.
