Just had my first response from Capcom on the matter!

Hello,

Thank you for letting us know.

It is not something we have had reported to us recently in relation to the PS Vita. As such we do not have an immediate response regarding what will be done.

All we can do is assure you that we will escalate your email on.

Regards,

Alan M.

Capcom Technical Support

So with any luck they will patch this up! Of course I shall keep you all posted.

Vita only I believe, I really wish it was simple. I'm not sure if I'm just not doing something right but Its been a headache since launch day for me (just this particular title). I guess I should try and post on sub-reddit and that neogaf thread. I find it hard to believe I'm the only one trying to play this game on the Vita!!

Appreciate the fast response Contrarian and thank you.

Come on bombers, make my day!

Good morning all!

I downloaded BOFIII from the eu psn store and upon booting the game I'm greeted with the old 'Insufficient space on memory stick duo, game requires 192kb of free space to save data' plagued from the original psp game for having a memory card over 2GB. The fix for this for the original psp was to download a gamefaqs save and overwrite your save through the PC. The problem lies within the Vitas folder structure, it wont simply read gamefaq saves because it cant see them. The real solution would be to create a save, back it up to pc and copy my original save over and carry on. I cant create an original save due to this error. I then had the idea of buying another psp game that would save on the vita (patapon) then copying over the save file and replacing the files of patapon for BOFIII but no luck it wont read it. Is there anyone who has managed to work out how to get gamefaqs saves working with any other games or any solution just to get breath of fire 3 working?

This thread http://www.neogaf.com/forum/showthread.php?t=464557 lists the game (BOFIII) as working and even improved on the vita.

I just want to relive this classic and help from you duders would be so much appreciated.

Kind regards

Gavin

Just bought Breath of Fire III and right on boot it tells me I have insufficient space on memory stick duo. The game actually works but there is no way saving your progress :'(

Update: Just sent an E-mail to see if they can release a patch or anything to be able to fix it.

One Last Thing...

I contacted Grip Games when I noticed The Impossible Game wasn't working, and made them aware of the US problem, which they weren't aware of previously. Be sure to contact devs/pubs of games you would like supported! You never know, they just might go out of their way to fix it!+

I thought the first couple of original games were great. Sorry to hear you're not enjoying these more modern entries. However, thank you for saving me the money as I had the games in the basket pending purchase. Is there anything you like about the games or have you not tried all of them?

Regards
