Definitely GTA IV. I just couldn't get into it, as it just didn't feel like a GTA game.

The free online play and blu-ray player puts the PS3 out on top. Other than that, there's not really a huge difference between the two other than some exclusive games.

Looks like Saints Row just got that much more over-the-top.

I don't trust the reviewer. The game still looks good, though.
