KH is probably in my top ten games.  I liked the second one as well, and I thought it made some great improvements to the battle mechanics and cut scenes; however, the sequel lacked the heart of the first one.

KH II was a hell of a game.  You gotta play chain of   memories   and the 365/2 days crap to get the full story and understand everything about o XIII

@gla55jAw: I would agree, but in my opinion, Demyx (second time) was harder than even Riku (last fight with him). I also, even though I am alone in this, thought Sephiroth in 2 was harder than in 1, and I found the final battle to be slightly more challenging in 2, although both final battles were pretty easy.

KHII was, even though most people disagree, a good game, and I put a LOT of time into it, but if you just can't get into it, that's ok.

KHII was good, but is so ridiculously easy compared to the first game.

The story in KH2 got so out of control that I lost interest after a few worlds.  Also, I thought that they really messed up Mickey's character.  At one point in the game, after Goofy gets KO'd by a boulder or something, he frowns and says "You're going to pay for that," then goes on a rampage of destruction.  Uh, since when is Mickey a coldhearted avatar for vengeance?  Yeah, it was cool that they turned him into Yoda with a keyblade, but c'mon!

I couldn't get into KH when it was brand new, fucking hated that game.

In all fairness KHII came out in '06, and it's a carbon copy of the original KH which came out in '02. Point is, after a while antiquated games are hard for anyone to get into unless you were into them back when.
 
Speaking of finals (hope you did well btw) KHII does remind me of my freshman year in college. I was at a particularly crazy party, babysitting a friend knocked out on a combination of god knows what, and I remember thinking "god, I could be at home playing KHII right now." And that explains why I'm at GB today.

So i've been playing through KHII Lately but i am having a hell of a time getting into it.    

I'm about 9 hours in and still haven't gotten to anything that i haven't yet played which is perhaps what is leading to my lethargic play nature with it.  
 
I finished up all my finals today. Really happy to have the summer off after the way this semester has gone. 
 
Having a few friends over tomorrow so that should be fun. Doubt i will get much KHII in tomorrow though. 
 
Sometimes having a social life interrupts my gaming haha.
