Grasshopper Manufacturer is currently one of my favorite developers. Never a dull moment. *Update* Absolutely fabulous gaming that puts a smile on my face. Great social commentary on our generation as well.

Naughtydog is consistently impressive and I am excited to see how they spin a more serious themed game. Not sure if this is going to be released in 2012 but I'm still hyped.

Reminds of Vanquish, that alone warrants it on my list...that's how awesome Vanquish is. Also, made by the Yakuza team? At least we'll know the story will be top notch!
*Update* - Finished it! Great game (competent on all fronts). Story is very good. The Japanese perspective on this genre is fresh, I appreciated it.

I respect Starbreeze studios and what they create. I have yet to be disappointed.

Never played the first, but the sequel looks crazy enough for me to want to play it. *Update* - Finished the game. Great FPS. Plays fast, the speed actually reminds me of old school shooters, and it brings something semi new to the tired formula. The coop is also surprisingly good.

It's been on my radar for a LONG time. I don't know why but it looks unique and fresh enough for me to be excited about!

Coop multiplayer done right is oodles of fun (see LFD) and if Resident Evil does it right I can see myself getting absorbed.
