Jeff makes it a part of his criticism of the game, and I would say the breasts had a major factor in his _3_STAR_ review of Soul Calibur 4.

It seems that Jeff would impose his extremely personal beliefs into a game review. What if Jeff hated Nazi Killing? Would it be correct for him to lower scores on games with Nazi Killing? Why doesn't Jeff lower scores on games that feature Lolicon (extremely young) girls in the game? Did Jeff notice that Soul Calibur 4 has a young 16 year old girl named Amy, that STRIPS when she takes enough guard damage? What's more wrong, a young girl stripping, or a lady with big tits stripping in the same game?

Open Letter to Jeff-

There's a lesson to learn here, Jeff. You said it yourself, the Star Wars characters were a quick cash in. It's true, SC4 has a bunch of different characters that don't really make sense to be fighting. A 16 year old girl. A woman with huge tits in a bikini. AN ALIEN. Here's two points to consider-

1. It's Fantasy. Go back to MMA games if you want JUST GUYS duking it out.

2. It's what people want. I've played SC4 with a lot of people, and some guys go straight for the Amy, the Ivy, and the Yoda. Just like the designer who made Ivy, there's someone out there that appreciates tits much more than you pretend to, Jeff. Strong Production Values and Game Mechanics should be subject to review, not personal tastes. Sex Sells because People Like Sex.

I try not to. Consequences is what makes games fun, but at the same time you could face a certain consequence that undermines your ability to even enjoy the game, (ie a character leaves)... But I admit I've done it a few times for those extra relationship points. 

A game designer once proposed a game where you have ONE life, and if you die, the game copy is DONE. Which is a great idea, players make huge decisions that affect them, not decisions that affect them for the next two minutes until they decide to reload a save.

I'm making a game where, when you're really almost full way in, the game asks if you're willing to do something at the risk of death. There's no saves so, I expect people to go crazy at this part of the game.

Copy the layer, repaste back into the picture.

ANYWAY, I'm pretty sure this answer pisses you off, but there's no other real way to resize like with Free Transform, free transform does not have specific settings other than bilinear. OR, try going to General Preferences and set it to Nearest Neighbor there. I haven't tried it so have a go at it.

Psyusofly, the game actually not only has refined visuals, but online and rebalanced gameplay.

The one thing that's got me puzzled is WHY the game has rebalanced gameplay, built mainly for tournament play. Who cares? A very dedicated 1-5% of the people that will play this game. I'm actually a part of that said percent, but I think it's a horrible idea from a financial perspective. So much effort with so little gain.
