I don't have excessive knowledge of dieting but one thing I read/heard time and time again is that the easiest significant thing you can do to reduce your calorie intake (and thus your weight or weight gain) is to forego any drink that has sugar in it. All sodas, sweetened juices and double caramel drizzle lattes basically. These are calories that don't do anything for you and you are quite literally just pouring dissolved sugars into your body. Move over to plain water, sparkling water, unsweetened (or very lightly sweetened) black or green teas, black coffee. You're going to miss the taste at first but you'll find that your mouth starts picking up on the flavors of tea and coffee once they stop being overwhelmed by the simple and strong taste of sugar.

When it comes to exercise: exercising at home is absolutely doable and not just a subpar gym experience. For my first 1-2 years of training I was training at home either with bodyweight exercises or with light dumbbels.

I think it's actually a great way to start because

a)you don't get the anxiety (which is a totally valid concern!)

b)it's harder to make excuses that you don't want to go train today

c)simple bodyweight exercises are very good at getting the feel of activating specific muscle groups and at having a general idea of which parts of your body are responsible for what movements.

This channel is a goldmine for beginner friendly workout material without any worry of having a bunch of supplements and useless gadgets thrown into your face with every exercise routine. The guy's been working out for like 30 years I think and has a deep knowledge of the dos and donts of losing weight. Just type in keywords like 'beginner' or 'simple' in the search bar.

Oh and walking 10 miles a day is absolutely awesome for your health and it's really good you've made it a habit. I wouldn't be surprised if dropping sodas and continuing to walk daily would be enough to significantly reduce your weight.

I don't mind it actually.

I actually think it would be a great idea to release subsequent games that are basically the same but have different art designs, as a commentary on how we perceive what the game is about based on how it looks.

Interstellar for me. The visuals were absolutely spectacular and made a huge impact on me liking that movie. I thought the 4 dimension scene was incredible.

Unfortunately the whole message of 'love is the most powerful force' was completely and utterly bulls**t, as was the ending of McConaughey seeing his daughter again, but the movie still made the biggest impact on me out of the three.

I was 11 so quite a lot.

-finished elementary school
-had a tough time making friends in middle high, started having self-image problems due to being a scrawny kid among a number of athletically built colleagues, started working out
-had a crush, got rejected, realized that other people don't owe you emotional investment just because you like them a lot, and also that you should always be cautious of projecting your inner desires onto another person and thinking your fondness of them means they are what you feel they are
-started questioning my faith, decided that from now on I'll no longer have questions that I bar myself from answering, followed Descartes' footsteps and abandoned all of my preconceptions about the world and started from scratch, became an atheist, became an anarchist
-started enjoying working out for its own sake instead of trying to look how I thought other people wanted me to look, got some self-confidence, accepted my body-image and stopped working out
made some friends in high school, got decent grades, got into university (mechanical engineering)
-lost touch with most of my high school friends, thought my university is filled with imbeciles, didn't enjoy learning, wasn't sure what I want in my life
-simultaneously: met my girlfriend and proceeded to learn a lot about love
-landed an internship at an engineering firm, for the first time in my life felt satisfied with the fruits of my labor, became fond of and interested in engineering as more than just a well-paying career, figured out more or less what qualities I want to have by the time I die and accepted it's not too late to strive for them
-que now, I'm 21, I like life.

The time when gaming was almost mainstream but not quite and there was this massive attempt to make gaming seem like something grown ups did in their pasttime but you couldn't do it because it was the 90s and people's idea of showing that something is mature was shit like this

New Rogue spell: Jade Shuriken.

Looks really good I think. Small damage+small body combos are always pretty good (you can kind of compare it to malestrom portal). Combo definitely makes it harder to abuse, but I think prep+shuriken in the early game will turn out to be a pretty strong play if you have some more golems for the following turns.

I think it's great that you managed to not only get help but also find a therapist that you actually feel is good for you. Honestly, that's probably the best thing anyone can hope for in your position.

I would advise you to first and foremost listen to her advice, but if I had to throw anything out there, it would be the idea that you shouldn't feel bad for considering quitting/scaling down a job that severely impacts your health.
