Far Cry 2? Really? Why is that? No replay value?  I was planning on picking it up sometime next year after the prices drop or there's a lot of used copies floating around.

I actually agree with Snail go onto the average game page and look at the concepts page, theres a hell of a lot of thing which really don't need to be there and it ends up with a lot of redundent things added to a game.  For example Gears 2 has AI, AI companions and AI bots, and that's without scrolling down!  There must be nearly a hundred concepts on that page and it just turns the page into a wall of concepts which just looks ugly to be honest.

From what it says on that link it seems like I'll be able to make the transfer but only if it hasn't been done before.  If I can get some kind of return warranty on it then it seems well worth the risk.  There are plenty of reasons to upgrade it if that works.  If not I may have to turn to slightly more evil methods

you reckon?  I thought that the transfer was a one time thing, maybe I'll ask them if they have a returns policy for faulty goods and return it if I can't do it.  If that's the case I'll get a new 60GB when they're released

Usually I wouldn't really consider buying something like this second hand but paying £100 for a 120GB hard drive is just too much.  I found a second hand hard drive for something like half the price, which is actually a better price than a brand new 60GB hard drive would be. 

The biggest problems with it were the terrible aiming, the bad cover system and the respawning enemies.  Anybody who's tried the game on anything higher then normal mode will tell you the game was incrediblly hard too.  I can live without a sequel 2bh, the good came nowhere near to the bad in this game.

I believe that split screen is just for the coop and it can only cover 2 players.  No idea on the zombie mode yet but I don't see why not.  You can't take it online for the coop to get more players in the game when you're split screening either

This saddens me actually.  I loved the original SOCOM and I was definetely going to download this when I get my PS3, if everything I here is true though I might even not get a PS3 and get a new graphics card instead.  Theres plenty of PC games coming out in the next few months anyway.
