Although the game does not seem to stray from many RPG cliches today such as boy saves the world from an evil force, Secret of Mana seems to pull through astoundingly. This is the game that made me love RPGs and never want to let them go.
This is the game that made me love point-and-click adventures. It's also the game that makes me ache that there aren't so many good ones being made nowadays. Take them while they come.
This Final Fantasy has all the elements of a good game: dynamic array of characters, good battle system, great story, decent amount of side activities, and a truly evil villain. This Final Fantasy shall live on for ages to come.
I spent hours shooting dudes from far away with my bow...and playing the card game. Also, running from Behemoths is a pastime of mine.
As the Ace Attorney series goes, I like them all, but the storyline for this one is the best. I could play with Phoenix Wright in the Defendant's chair all night long.
When you start seeing puzzle shapes everywhere, you know you're addicted.
A very cute and original game. Get your robot to do all your dirty work for you. We could all use one of those.
Pokémon Snap, albeit short, is quite a fun game. I think what ultimately makes it work is that Pokémon, creatures that are incredibly unique and cute, are being used and not regular animals. Take a hint, Afrika.
This unique RPG had me at hello. The futuristic modern adventure lives on through the data of history.
I'd love this more if my characters weren't accidentally erased.
