Castlevania: HD gets mixed reviews.....Doesn't bother me

Well the new Castlevania is out.  The game is getting mixed reviews.  Most of the reviews are positive.  I still haven't played it yet (beach/beer have been calling).  I will more than likely enjoy the game.  The problem I see with this title is that Konami has promised DLC and the question I have is when will we see that?

I love the 2D sprites and artstyle of the games since Castlevania: SOTN.  The truth is that they need to be updated.  The sprites of the game have been recycled since Rondo of Blood.
 
With every newer title the games are updated with new sprites and mixed in with the older ones.  With all that digression from the point that the sprites are recycled, should DLC be right around the corner?  I sure hope so.  The price tag for this game is expensive.  I want some BELMONTS!!! I want some BELMONT Inspired levels!!!!!
 
Where is Richter,  I want a redone Simon or Trevor!!!  Well I'm sure they're coming.  I thought that the game was to ship with some locked characters.  That was going off what was said at E3: 2010;  8 characters but 6 are with launch.   Thanks for reading.

Vacation

Vacation has been wonderful.  I was seriously needing to get AWAY from work.  Have not gone down to the beach much because of my daughter (11 months).  I'm cool with that, I just wanted to come down here with my wife and her.  I have a LOT of overtime at work and plan on using a lot of that time this month.  
 
Games:
I am currently playing Ninja Gaiden 2 trying to beat mentor.  I have been trying to beat the mid level boss this last week.  I have got close a couple of times.  I am missing out on Castlevania HD.  It looks like a fun, new experience with 2D Castlevania.   I am also really excited 
about Metroid: Other M this month.

The concerns for controls are in my thoughts.  Team Ninja has always had some form of issues with cameras or minor controlish issues with their action games (NG camera, NG2 camera).  It usually requires a learning curve.
 
Gaming Room:
 
I am also redoing my game room.  It was a mess of wires in a smaller room that was also used as office space.  I plan on consolidating the entertainment center with a large work desk.  I am also going to hang my 42in Sharp on the wall and paint.  I got a large couch that can turn into a bed (its not a futon).  It has firm cushioning and is good for gaming (Tested and Approved).  I will submit pictures when I finish it.
