In any case yep i got Dead Freaking Rising 2 on PS3, i plan on not sleep what so ever so look forward to hearing news about some guy who played DR2 until his eyes bled. ^^

Does Katey actually look like she's three years older from Case Zero? As a matter fact you should keep an eye out for a quote because it still seems pretty weird that Case Zero is based so far before, despite it all looking like days.

I have so many questions about the PC version, but I am jealous you get to play it now. Been watching playthroughs on Youtube all day.

Also serious question, how does it play?

I've seen the intro and I'd say it's impossible to save any of the people. Lots of 'survivors' die during the initial outbreak almost instantly. I like the emergency feeling of "oh crap, everyone's dying!". You can just run past them. "

The large amount of loading is still the same as CZ.

Survivors Ai is pretty good even in large crowds of zombies, the Ai even protected me! i can't believe that Capcom fixed their shit! :D ofc i still haven't escorted large groups of survivors but still so far this is FAR better than DR1's dreaded AI.

Friendly fire from survivors don't effect you, so you can give them a shotgun without getting your head blown off.

Is it odd that I'm surprised that everyone is so excited for DR2? I haven't played Case Zero, so maybe I'm not one to talk really, but I did go back to DR1 and got another 300ish gamerscore in it, and I think I'm ok for a while.  
 
Should I try Case Zero anyways? Please someone tell me that the survivors aren't all complete idiots like they were in DR1, just a minimal improvement is all I'm looking for. I don't want to have to run back to a girl and literally hold her hand because she wants to push every zombie to the ground, only to have it get back up again.  
 
Note: I understand carrying the occasional survivor due to injury, but I still don't like it. And Capcom doesn't either, notice how many trailers show off the escort missions in DR2, none of them that I have seen. They all brag about killing zombies. And that is all I want really.
