Games of the Year 2015
My favourite games of 2015, in mostly preferential order. I think.

It is probably the most well-written game ever.
Incredibly refined and exciting action with big scary monsters set to cracking music.
A big beautiful fantasy world filled with incredible creatures you can batter using an intelligent combat system.
A big beautiful believable world filled with a lot of people I cared about.
I love making levels and I love playing levels and I love watching people play levels I made and I love watching people play levels other people made, also you can play as Slippy Toad and Isabelle.
It looks fantastic (both technically and aesthetically), the music is some of the best in 2015 and the gameplay is a great antidote to your average shooter.
A bit of a confused mess, but it plays better than any other MGS.
Unashamed Star Wars playset, just let it in.
(Plague of Shadows) A new excuse to play Shovel Knight for the umpteenth time.
I'm getting just a wee bit tired of my chocolate cake.
A nice way to relive the former glory of Tony Hawk's Pro Skater.
(3D Classics re-release) It feels like you're the star of your very own music video.
You think it's going to be a stupid throwaway thing, but it absolutely isn't.
For the second time, they've rammed a really good game full of stuff nobody needs.
More morose talking and standing about than the other ones, but you get to drive a taxi.
It's a Fallout 3 install with some nice mods.
Don't think about it too hard.
It's very much for weans, but that doesn't mean it's bad.
This game made me angry at Kirby, and I can't forgive it for that.
