Because 3-2 is an abnormally high-scoring game

I've never understood this as an argument. Surely if people are scoring every 20 seconds or so it loses all power or excitement? Sure sometimes we end up with boring 0-0 draws. But I think the end of the 2012-2013 season where in the space of about 3 minutes the title swang back and forth between two teams was one of the most exciting things I've ever seen in sport.

Yeah, this is what I've always wondered. How is it exciting if players are scoring every 2 minutes like in basketball?

Edit: holy thread bump Batman

Cyberpunk

Control

Resi 2 Remake

Hitman 2

After seeing some Control gameplay it's shot right up my list. The game looks bang up my alley with that sci-fi action movie feel. Resi 2 also looks like an actual remake, meaning it'll be interesting to play even though I've beaten the old version a few times.

@ares42: Yeah Danny's behind the scenes film made it look a bit more like Destiny minus the dependence on loot than it was portrayed as in the conference

Really did not expect first person, but not really against it. In my mind, this thing was going to be Witcher 3: Sci-fi Edition (which I was more than happy to play) but it sounds like they're really doing something unique.

@nicksmi56: Thanks for the in-depth response! I do think they've played it rather safe with the game and this E3 demo really pushed home how much inspiration they've taken from the Batman Arkham games. That said, I'm still quite excited to play it, even if it's just for the swinging.

The best horror films, for me, are the ones that are genuinely existential and make you think about them for days after. Annihilation did this most recently for me. The horror in that film doesn't necessarily come from actual scares (of which it has plenty) but from the truly unknowable, alien nature of its threat. The Thing also does this brilliantly.

This feeling is the thing that draws me to horror, but unfortunately, very few films actually offer it.

Also, I think it's a very common reaction to laugh when scared, I do the same thing.

Please don't take this as a reactionary post as I'm genuinely interested and have next to no knowledge of Spiderman: What about it don't you like the look of?

As someone who hasn't touched Smash since Melee, this prolonged look at the new one actually made me think I might dip into it this time. However, would have really liked some Animal Crossing news, even if it was just a logo like Metroid last year.
