The latest update really screwed up my 8gb iPod touch, so I'm trying to get it back to software version 3.1.3 via the DFU mode. But when I hold down the Power/ Home button, then the Home button, iTunes says it detects an iPod in recovery. So I try to restore it and hold option key (on a mac) to select the update I want (3.1.3) but it just hangs on "verifying restore with apple". What should I do?

I looked at that as well, and mine match. But I didn't even know what it was before. But it seems to have happened to a lot of people.
Please God, no co-op. Don't dish it on there like every other fucking game out there now. Just cause Halo 3 had co-op, doesn't mean every fucking game has to. Please Rocksteady, don't ruin Batman.
