People keep trying to make the internet more than what is. It is for paying bills, backing up photos, porn(video delivery), news, traffic, weather, price verifying, D&D (gaming),and light-weight stalking (tindr). The opinion aspect has run rampant. Opinion is just alt.newsgroup from the 90s. Printshop is more sophisticated so you can trick people with images and video. Twitter is another essential service i've avoided. Outside of Wario64 and i've stopped doing even that because you're bound to see some junk that you don't need in your life. Other than the incorporation of 911 services and traffic alerts centralizing nothing good has come of twitter. Retweet this if you want a chance to win $1,000 in dogecoin.

I'm wondering who played Shadow of Mordor on 360 and xbox one, which are two vastly different. Or THPS3 on psx and ps2. Me, I finally got a pro controller for my wii-u and i am a couple of hours into breath of the wild there. I also have a copy of BOTW on my Switch. Does anybody prefer the "inferior" version?

@uranaltruce: The whole point of unpacking is the restrictions put in place.

The assumption is that you're still into gaming if you're on this site. Sometimes things get in the way like relationships, school, or finances. Any good stories?

If you were in college and someone had goldeneye + 4 controllers. That was the only thing you needed. I would pass on 100% of the other videogame experiences I had during the N64 era. Which means I'd take that over every playstation game released. Playstation is probably my favorite console with all games considered. The goldeneye experience is the most superior of all gaming experiences.

Most disappointing console (that I owned, which goes back to Atari and i had most of them) would probably be the PS3 or the PS Vita. Obvious and boring answers are 3DO, Jaguar, and Ooya.

Just took my father in for a routine medical procedure. He was under anesthesia. As his driver I was in the waiting room playing Sonic Forces, which is my first Sonic game in 20+ years, outside of Sonic Racing. And This War of Mine. Everything went fine. But I was more worried about the food court. Without divulging his medical history. And yes, I do love him. Am I an addict? What should my 12 steps be?

By now we would have leaks. A certain percentage of those leaks would be true. Gamers would run wild with possibilities and disappointments. In a few weeks we would have all of our facts and a shadow-drop or three. Without being concerned about the value to the companies the value to us was tremendous. You get an honorary degree in internet for the captain obvious route of finding E3 worthless based on the weight of column A versus column B.
