Disney Classic Games: Aladdin and The Lion King(Nintendo Switch) by maaarii on April 24, 2022

Not sure if I’m playing the Genesis or SNES game.. One of which is more revered than the other. The background and what you can climb on are pretty seamlessly integrated. The music is as catchy as always. Im not sure if somebody that isn't a fan of the movies would care about this. Would rebranding this make this as fun. The levels aren’t purely left to right. I don’t know if I just haven’t beaten as many platformers as i think i have. Boss fight with a real life dictator...

Valiant Hearts: The Great War(Nintendo Switch) by maaarii on April 23, 2022

The most fetch quest game ever made. But it’s historical. It belongs up there with Carmen San Diego and The Oregon trail with its constant teachable moments. You can pet the dog. But you can’t really fully control the dog. Teamwork makes the dream work. There is one particular area where you had to crack a safe using an obscure cipher that an in-game hint system helped me solve.
