I didn't run into this glitch except once. Then again, I only play Search and Destroy.
 
I think I saw someone trying to do it, but he failed miserably. Someone rushed the spawn and killed him and took his glitch. I was spectating (since I just joined the game) and it was hilarious. Except for the part where we got spammed harrier strikes every round.

I really found that you actually have to TRY to get your team killed. The loyalty quests are just as good as the main story quests so why wouldn't you do them?
 
Upgrading your ship costs little resources, and I was able to upgrade immediately because of my import bonuses. 
 
I was surprised on how easy it was to have everyone survive. All you have to do is use common sense.

Good riddance. The two people who were playing Halo 2 will be upset, but if it means that the service will improve, then I am all for it.
 
Oh, and it doesn't take long to get 100 friends. You would be surprised how many co-workers, friends, and family have an Xbox 360 and XBL. Maybe it is because of where I live, but it isn't difficult to get 100 friends if you are social. Plus it is made up of a lot of my old "gaming" friends back when I played WOW, and competitive Counter-Strike.
