I play sniper, and its the most fun way to play mw2 in my opinion. Theres nothing more fun then playing domination, capturing the flag in the little village section, and then just hiding in those two green fields waiting for someone to try and cap it. Then i just sneak around and stab em in the back. Plus, when I go hide again, they cant find me because of the gilly suit
it isnt really that hard to kill a sniper either. The killcam and a grenade or two are your best friends.
i really dont know how this game could be considered over patriotic. the americans are going to be all gung ho because theyre fighting n their own country to try to protect their own families. also, the two best characters in both mw and mw2 are price and soap, who save the day every time. the americans are always screwing shit up.
and as for the saving private ryan thing, the americans and british were for the most part not mixed together. the americans invaded two western beaches while the british and canadians and others invaded the three to the east. then the americans swept south and then east while the brits and canadians went east and then south. and as for whoever said the americans didnt notice there was a war untill pearl harbor, roosevelt was dieing to get into ww2. the problem was that the american public didnt approve after they went through ww1, however brief they were in it. once roosevelt actually had a concrete reason to go after germany as well as japan he took it. dont forget that if america hadnt helped the dday landings, they probably wouldve failed considering the amount of losses the brits took during the battle of britain. if the landings hadnt worked, germany still would have lost, but the russians would have swept through all of germany and maybe even into western europe. and then englad would have been isolated with communist russia.
If this album turns out to be pretty good, I hope Metallica just stops putting out new material. Maybe make another album with the symphony backing them, but thats it.
