Almost everything from Nobuo Uematsu, I own pretty much every Final Fantasy album there is along with the soundtracks from Lost Odyssey, Blue Dragon, etc...
Eternal Sonata's soundtrack by Motoi Sakuraba is very beautiful as well.

While I own both the 360 and PS3 and I quite like getting achievements, I'm fairly certain Square Enix is developing the game on the PS3 after which it will be ported to the 360.
Which means there's quite a large chance of the game being more polished on the PS3 and having a better frame rate. This is pure speculation though.

Although I really fear that this will turn out the same way as The Orange Box for the PS3 did. Valve doesn't like the PS3 so they hand out their game to someone else to port it over, which resulted in a poor launch experience.
If Square Enix follows the same road and hands out the game to a different team it could also result in a bad port (so lets hope they don't give it to EA then!).
The fact that Square Enix (according to some sources) might be running into financial problems as well, makes it very well possible that the game will be slightly rushed, also resulting in a potential lower quality port.

I really don't know, its pure speculation and it still seems way too early to practically tell anything about the game. But I'm sure a game like Final Fantasy will be a great experience on either console anyway. So I'm hoping for the best!

Yeah, personally I find myself trying to get on the site quite often to play around with it and checking everything out. I'm pretty sure the same applies for many other people. Once the polish wears off from this delicious new website the performance will increase. Patience is a difficult thing!
