I don't know.

I played Oblivion on both my PC & 360 and both were equally enjoyable. I might have had a better experience on the 360 though, better performance and graphics wise compared to my slightly outdated PC. Then again, with the recent purchase of my MacBook Pro it means I could run either Oblivion or Fallout 3 at maximum settings this time, which means I won't have to worry about disc read errors and loading problems (which the 360 version of Oblivion was famous for). Something which they hopefully cleared up in Fallout 3. Then again, once the new major dashboard update is released and we can install our games it shouldn't be a problem again either. Decisions!

I'm pretty sure they all have an independent story within a similar universe, don't worry about it.

You could give www.famitsu.com a try. I'm sure there's some gaming stuff there. :)

I'll just answer the question and not ask about the strange occurrence that has happened above me.

Why do you want to see more politics? I want to talk about video games, but there's never any great threads on them, while politics run rampant, with at least three threads that I've participated in. That's more than enough. I'm not saying that a little off-topic chatter is a terrible thing, but there's too much. At four in the morning, a topic posting the Garbage Day video is fine because no one cares about anything reasonable at that point. That stuff in the middle of the day is obtrusive."
Could you please edit out that quote from your post? Just making sure you know that user "BestUserNameEver"quoted and altered the contents of my post, something which I despise and definitely did not say or support.
In fact, the whole politics thing on forums really annoys me personally. I live in Belgium, Europe. I'm pretty sure there are more Europeans on this forum like me, who don't really care about America's politics.

EDIT: Thanks for fixing that, Arkthemaniac. :)

It just needs more time I think. The site hasn't been online for that long, I believe in the next few months a lot of users will decide to stay or leave, in the meantime new users will keep coming in. The more users who stay will find their place on the forum. Lets just hope their chosen forums aren't the off-topic sections then, anyway.

Current events about videogames.

I agree up to a certain point. There's strangely a lot of activity in the off-topic forum and general discussion forums about issues totally non-related to videogames. Then again, people are free to write about what they want and there aren't that many forum rules established as to what people can talk about and what not.

I'm pretty sure it will run, as the previous post pointed out, the integrated graphics card of the MacBook is technically supported. Don't expect that you will be able to run everything on maximum settings though. Low to medium settings will probably get you the best framerates on a MacBook. Getting a MacBook Pro would let you play all the latest Mac & PC games, although the price range shoots up quite a bit.

I always do that so I can watch the entire thing without having to worry about buffering, but it doesn't solve the problem for me sadly.

Everything except the last one is an option. Have you ever asked yourself "How should one live"? It's... yeah... not an easy question.

I recommend learning Japanese."
By the time he has learned all the Kanji I'm sure his connection will be back online. ;)
But sure, it would be a nice addition to life if it interests him.

Do you have any handhelds or consoles? Plenty of singleplayer adventures to be had there.
