This is not and should never be the concern of any journalist. They're paid to do their job, which is report on the games industry. Part of that is reporting on leaks when they happen.
@sammo21 That's not an old Penny Arcade comic, it's from today. And it "sort of" reminds you of it because it's literally about the exact situation we're talking about. Also, Penny Arcade runs an expo in like 86 cities (I've lost count at this point). Of course they're going to take the publishers' side. They want them to keep coming to PAX.
