Why aren't Bioshock Infinite and The Last of Us there? Those were probably two of the worst games of the decade, but they're not there, so I chose the Ellen Page simulator instead. That game was a shitty movie.
You must be trolling. Disliking those games is fine, and you could make arguments for why they aren't so great. But "worst games of the decade"? What could your reasoning behind that possibly be?
I have a feeling you'll assume that I'm blinded by spectacle and Hollywood-like qualities. Yeah, don't do that. I'm certainly not.
Why do you think I'm trolling? Because I have a different opinion than most everyone else? So if you don't like a game that I like, can I call you a troll too? That seems to be the way things work around here. Even if I were to explain EXACTLY why I think they're the worst games of the decade, you'll just say I'm "nitpicking" and "seeing things that aren't there" or "they're fun, that's all that should matter," so I'm not gonna waste anyone's time trying to justify my opinions. Think what you want. In the end, that's what you're gonna do anyway.
I'm not attacking your personal preference. Enjoy what you enjoy and dislike what you dislike, I don't care.
However, saying that Bioshock Infinite is worse than Ride To Hell: Retribution is like saying that The Lord of The Rings is worse than The Eye of Argon simply because you don't personally like it. That's not a valid way to criticize a game. You come up with some ideas and view a game through a critical eye. What are its merits? What's wrong with it? Why is this good? Why is this bad?
When you claim that games like Bioshock Infinite and The Last of Us are the worst of the past ten years, you either don't understand the full weight of your words or you're trying to rile someone up. You are honestly telling me that they are the bottom of the barrel, the worst of the worst, lower than even Big Rigs: Over The Road Racing, a game which has never even worked properly? You're claiming that Bioshock Infinite and The Last of Us is worse than that? How? I'm honest, what's your reason?
And yeah, I'm going to pick apart a poor argument and point out the flaws in it. Why not? It's a poor argument and poor arguments deserve to have their issues pointed out. Make a strong argument and I can't do that.
Alternatively, don't make such audacious claims as "Bioshock Infinite and The Last of Us are the worst games released over the past ten years" if you can't support them.
Like I said, think what you want. I have my reasons for not liking them. Call me a troll or whatever you want. I'm done here.
