If I hover over the Download button on the video app, it immediately displays the paid members only link and the list of quality options doesn't drop down. I'm a paid member and signed in. Happens on 2 machines with FF 3.6.10, doesn't affect other videos on the site.

AFAIK, it's Halfax/RBOS that most people are having trouble with. Halifax told me the CVV was incorrect as supplied which is impossible when I've tried 3 times and not used auto-complete.
