Brave New World is the most interesting but I feel that 1984 is a better novel. The Road is the best by a living author but I think it might not be considered "dystopian."
Nintendo: Zelda, Zelda, Zelda, Zelda! I don’t care about no 3DS and Mario is out and Metroid is already a known quantity. I am excited about the new Legend of Zelda because there have had four years to work on it and it has been built for the Wii from the ground up. (Oh yeah, and it will not be M)
Microsoft: Fable, Halo, Gears…boring. (Actually very exciting, but old news) What I want is Todd Howard to come out and announce Elder Scrolls V. It makes sense, it has been two years since his last game and Obsidian is making the next Fallout game. The only lame part is that there will probably be some “exclusive” DLC.
Sony: The new games for the big franchises are already out there, same as Microsoft. Will anyone be surprised when they show the title card for Uncharted 3: Flynn's Revenge? I want two surprise announcements out of this press conference: Atlus announces Persona 5 on the PS3 and PSP emulation comes to PS3 (I’d pay money for a lot of those games, just not for the system)
Dragon Age should definitely be your next game. The games can be recommended for quality, it seems to have been the unanimous pick for “best PC game of 2009,” and quantity, it took me over 65 hours to complete.
A word of advice though: buy the Warden’s Keep DLC. The content and loot it adds to the game is worth the price. but Warden’s Keep provides you with something even more valuable: a chest for your loot. Your inventory is frustratingly limited and you will be glad when you get the chest.
That's strange, most people are against climate change (sorry, I just had to be a jerk and point that out)
The latest poll I found went like this: Conservatives: 37% Labor (no "u" for me, I'm American): 31% Lib Dem: 20%
I read that it would take a swing of 7% (compared to the last election) for the Conservatives to win a majority. This appears to be a a distinct possibility.
It is a good game, just not as good as others that did not receive the same hype.
But my complaints are: 1. Poorly paced single player with far too may dumb twists. 2. No matchmaking (on PS3 anyway) in Spec Ops 3. Unbalanced, buggy, and glitchy multiplayer.
Vice City for me, it is still the only one I ever finished.
GTA III was a revelation, I played it with a friend one time until 5 am, we had no idea video games could do anything like this (it was 2001). After that I never played it again but I did buy VC. San Andreas was awesome but I left it about 30 hours in.
