Weird that L.A Noire has been cited a few times. I'd have to agree though, maybe not most disappointing this gen, but of the recent games I've played I was very disappointed. Maybe I'm just thick, but I found the core mechanic of interrogation to be obtuse, and incredibly frustrating.

Hmm, I occasionally dip below 20 fps but that's only when battles get stupidly huge, the rest of the time I'm at floating around 60 fps... You should probably post this on the official Planetside 2 forums if you haven't already, and keep in mind that it's still a beta which means they're working on performance issues that will hopefully be stamped out by release :)

Wow, that was really unexpected, considering the usual time span between each episode. Still, totally amazing!, and I can't wait to play! This week is chock-full of sweet gaming delight.

I too saw the full "gameplay" demo of this at the developer session at the Eurogamer Expo. It looks absolutely stunning but there was no interaction from the dev who was demoing the game, aside from switching cameras (he also zoomed out from the battlefield to an overhead 2D mao which was neat), which I thought was kinda lame but my guess is a lot of stuff is still under construction and couldn't be shown in the state they were in.

@Encephalon: It sounds fucking terrifying. I don't think I'd be able to stomach seeing Clementine dead.
