  • One of the "Must-Play" game. It will have you stare at the screen, wordless and incomprehensible of what happens in the game more a few times.

  • Such a under-rated, wonderful and exhilerating game, featuring fast-paced action that have you dive in and right out of battlefields as a robot assassin.

  • While Ubisoft massacred From Software's beautiful original box art, the game itself remains unchanged. It still is the same wonderful AC4 game with more parts and new campaigne.

  • Beautiful, if looked from a moderate distance, and initially fun game. I say initially because the game DOES become tedious and repetitive. Apparently, Ubisoft Montreal studio used large share of their development time in developing crowd technology, fully-realized city, and production design. In that beautiful world, there's absolutely nothing to enjoy.

If they have added more RPG-like features like inventory, items, shops, quests that are not related to main storyline, the game would've been a hundred times better.

At least, this game did make a big splash and has successfully launched a new IP. I am anticipating the sequel to be something to drool over.

  • Bought it for $19.99, or maybe even less, and haven't even took it for a single spin. Going to try after... the other long-long-long-long-lasting RPGs: the Lost Odyssey and the Last Remnant.

  • Another mech game from From Software.

Had great promise to have a fun, persistant online multiplayer mode, which it did. The only thing that turned me off immediately is the pace. The speed at these tanks roll is just... ... They're bunch of huge, metal snails. Sooooooooooooooooo slow that makes anyone wanna punch the TV. "Chrome Snails" is more like it.

  • I picked this one up because Clive Barker seemed like a guy who strives for games that are more meaningful and emotional than a kid's toy. Haven't played that much... That should tell you much about this game.

  • A great new franchise with terrific and immersive setting and environment. Gameplay is very solid, story also enjoyable. Don't judge the game by its similarities to a certain game. Instead, try to immerse yourself into the shoes of the main character; you'll have a blast.

  • Initially disappointed by the original Fable, I had my hopes high for Fable 2 after watchiing several interviews and behind the scene documentaries by the infamous Peter Molyneux. And what do you know, I set the controller aside after only a few hours of gameplay. I haven't given up on it yet--I'll get back to the game once I'm done with other, better games.

I am certainly disappointed by the mechanical, unnatural NPC interactions, overly simplified wealth-making system (I wouldn't call it economy), and so-so fighting mechanics that's not that challenging. Also, the game has tons, I mean TONS, of rough edges. A glaring example of an evil publisher (Microsoft) pressuring a poor developer (Lionhead).

Would the game have been a better game had MS let Lionhead take its time? I doubt it.

  • This game's just fun. But most of the time, I had no idea what was going on. I was just charging forward, sawing down whatever came in my path. This may be because of my poor listening skills, or the lack of a meaningful story altogether. I say it's the latter.

  • Again, this game's a pure blood-pumping action game. Brain is not required. And again, it has over-the-top, yet meaningless plotline, except... a touchy moment. Poor bastard...

  • Another great title on Xbox360. This game is made rock-solid. While it does have its issues like irritating elevators and texture pop-up, the game itself is great. The voice-actings may lack emotion when compared to movies, but I say it fits the tone of the game's setting.

The most shining achievement of this game, IMO, is the constant option to change the overall tone of the story, thanks to wonderfully crafted dialogue tree. Only if the choices had constant affect on the plot...

  • I have to give it to Dice for going out of their way to try something so refreshing. Parkouring in first person is a blast. Falling to death while doing just that is also fun because it's just that realistic.

The only shortcoming is the plot... As with Gears of War series, I had no idea what was going on. I just dashed, jumped, climbed, and fell. What happened? Why was I heading that direction? Why are cops after me so badly? I just don't know.

Oh, and the level design also sucked. Not because it wasn't fun, but because it's just really artificial--rooftops are laid out just to provide playground for our parkouring Faith, without any effort to make it natural.
