Have you actually looked at the weapon stats to confirm you still meet the requirements? Not really sure what the cause could be but it might help to be able to confirm it's straight up is a bug.
Bought it cause i love grim dawn, hopefully i can get a good config with my steam controller for it though. How are the resolutions and UI scaling?
It's got 4k support and some limited UI scaling options(basically you choose between small/medium/large size UI) but I've heard people complaining that at 4k even the large UI is too small.
This is pretty cool. Titan Quest has always been the game imo that has come the closest to matching Diablo games in terms of quality and good feeling combat.
@fredchuckdave: I found myself backpedaling a lot during most fights - dodging seems way too ki-intensive, especially against oni. I find it weird that you can't rally it back at all.
Ki used when dodging is directly effected by not only the style you're using, but also your equipment rate. Unlike in Dark Souls where you just get a shittier roll when over encumbered, they leave your dodge/roll the same and just raise the Ki drain. Heavy equipment significantly raises the amount it takes to do anything requiring Ki including attacks and just regular dashing.
Keep in mind too, that some stuff you straight up shouldn't be dodging. Light attacks are way more effectively avoided by just blocking.
Also do you mean that you can't rally the Ki back? Because you definitely can do that not only by using the Ki focus move with R1 in that brief period where the ki bar fills back up after an attack, but also if you dodge at any point during the Ki focus period it also counts as a Ki focus(I think there actually is a skill required to do this but I couldn't figure out which one).
(EDIT) Holy shit anyone worried they would change too much to make it easier you don't have to worry about that. Enemies are still capable of killing you in 3 or 4 hits if you get caught off guard.
