Its a great game, one of the best I've played this year.  My only minor complaint is of the vehicle controls but that is like I said a very minor complaint.  I've played two characters so far, a soldier to level 15 and a hunter to level 9.  The soldier has been entirely single player and I did about 3 levels online with three random people.

So far the coop has been hit and miss for me, my one good experience with random strangers I mentioned above was when all four of us were at almost the same level.  The other coop games I've joined have all had some high level player in there usually messing around with a friend and for me that hasn't worked.  I'm guessing coop will get better at higher levels particularly second play through but thats just my theory.

Even if coop isn't your thing the game is a lot of fun single player and I'd recommend it to someone sitting on the fence.

Go with Diablo 2, just so many improvements over Diablo 1.  Don't get me wrong in its day Diablo 1 was amazing, I put many an hour into it, but Diablo 2 is the way to go.

I returned Call of Juarez: Bound in Blood to Gamefly and hope to received Batman: Arkham Asylum   from them later this coming week.  I've heard   Batman: Arkham Asylum    is getting some solid buzz so should be fun.

I played quite a bit of Wolfenstein multiplayer over the past few days.  I've already commented on my experiences in the forum for Wolfenstein but my opinion at this point hasn't changed, it could be a lot of fun but suffers from issues.   Quite a few of the achievements are multiplayer based so this certainly could be frustrating if your going for the full 1000k.

I finally got around to playing the single player yesterday and today for Wolfenstein and I am really enjoying it, good locals so far, pretty good level designs, story seems okay.  The single player experience for what its worth is much better then the multiplayer experience.

I find myself very tempted by Shadow Complex,  I actually found its code for sale on Amazon and I have a 5 dollar credit towards an XBLA game on Amazon so I'd really only be out 10 bucks.  Its tempting..

So what have you been playing?

There is quite a bit of lag even on the games showing a couple of green bars for me.  The host seems to have a very large advantage,  if I go one on one with a host I will usually loose.  I've only played about 10min of the single player so I can't really speak for that but I've heard good things.  I probably have in a least 3 or 4 hours in on multiplayer.

Right now I would say the multiplayer is inferior to Red Faction.

Not worth the price, too expensive.

I have to go with video reviews, you get some footage to show off the game which could be good points or bad points depending on what the review whats to cover.  Its also easier to get the emotion of the review, an example would be Jeff's review of 50 Cent Blood in the Sand, you could tell Jeff just had plain fun playing it even with its faults.
