Great post and a great read. This post is what is finally getting me to download my free copy of Into the Breach from EGS.

Just to contribute, one of my favorite turn-based games of late is Endless Space 2. Just very zen, cool music, and some great art/worldbuilding.

The last movie I watched was John Carpenter's Escape From New York. I absolutely adore this movie so I would rate it a solid 8.5 to 9 out of 10. I am just a fan of more campy movies. I watched John Carpenter's Big Trouble in Little China a few days before this. They just are entertaining for me front to back and are among movies I can watch over and over without growing tired of them. Good movie comfort food.

Last week the question was posted in chat: "What are the best games to play while listening to a podcast?"

So I opened up google sheets and invited members of the discord to contribute to the list. We ended up getting 84 entries, but the best part of the list is the side conversations throughout the spreadsheet.

I highly suggest taking a peek at the list here to see those side conversations.

If we missed any game you think should have been included please comment!

The single player experience is okay, but I would definitely suggest playing with others. A bunch of us just started new characters in the GB community discord. Feel free to drop something in the #LFG channel if you're looking for others to play with!

My experience has been fine with single player, however. Everything is voice acted but it is very fetch-questy in the beginning. Go in with the mindset that it's an MMO, not an ES game.

In regards to the payment: you just pay for the base game and you have the game. No sub fee unless you want it, and there's an expansion out right now that you would have to pay for if you wanted to participate in its content.
