I need to kill the last guy on vinny's list, and he doesn't show up where he should be.  Everywhere on the internet says where he is, but no one says when he is there.  I know where he is, but the particular window (is not open/ does not exist) when i go to kill him.  Please help me.  when is he there?  before i talk to aunt sarah about killing schrote, or after the whole chasing eddie schrote part?  This has been frustrating me like hell.  Please help if you can.  THANK YOU!!!

I subscribed to Qore (like an idiot) and not only did I NOT recieve episode 3, but I can't even download it from the playstation store!!!  It doesn't even show up to download! It just makes me wish I never paid the $25.  Has anyone else had this problem, and /or can anybody help me with this??? please.
