I just finished Outriders main story, about 25 hours in. The story and game, like Jeff says starts off really weak. The story is bad, the character forgettable. But half way through the cutscenes become less and the character better. So I'd say the story is like a decent B action movie. Which is all I need from a game like this.

The gameplay is where this game shines. It is absolutely fucking cool when you get to world tier 6+ and you get to fix up your character the way you want. If you die, its all up to you. It just works and flows very well.

I'm looking forward trying the end-game with friends.

I dunno, y'all seem pretty determined to hate on every aspect of this game. I watched some youtube videos on this and got excited to see what you guys think. I guess i'll have to check it out myself.

It looks like an original Unreal Engine game from the 90s. Heavy Postal vibes for some reason lol.

I have the demo. It's amazing. IT feels very much like THPS 1/2/3/4, more so the latter, which is good because I recently played 1 and 2 and they are ROUGH. 3/4 the it was much more refined. Man it feels good to have a good THPS game again and it looks amazing. Looking forward to what new content they add and how the multiplayer is.

Edit, there is a video of a guy getting 100+million points already. It's nuts to watch. So far I've gotten 3,2 million. And I'm very happy with that.

EDIT#2: I think the addition of reverts, wallplants and advanced manuls is smart. That's the things I wanted from the Tony Hawk games. I don't understand why they didn't just call it THPS or THPS remastered with levels from first 2 and then dlc form later ones or something. I'm happy you can't get off your board, that destroyed it for me, personally. Even though I love the first THUG.

EDIT#3: THPS1 absolutely had gaps. I remember me and my friend finding them all.

Also, plenty of things grow mold in the Fridge, speaking from experience.

EDIT: GREEN sriracha sauce? YELLOW? It's supposed to be red/orangeish. Also it's an all purpose sauce. My daughter makes a mean Sriracha and Mayonnaise . it's an amazing combination.

Also I know many folks who eat ketchup with their eggs. Especially when I lived in Norway. I don't fucking get it.
