Do you know if the 1.3 patch will fix the texture streaming issues when the game is installed on the hard drive of your xbox?

I wanted to make a photobomb in class today, but GiantBomb is blocked for every computer in the school, so I couldn't use the Brad photobomb, but instead just other pictures from Google.
 

Idle Thumbs is far and away the only podcast that I think could rival the Bombcast. Boost, Scoops, Games, and Famous are all really "magical" and funny personalities like Ryan, Vinny, Jeff, and Brad.
