I the QL I saw Jeff had two power armors, I have found a 2nd set, but it does not stand there like a complete set like it did for Jeff. How do i do this?

Thanks for the write up. I really want to dabble in the settlement stuff, but cant seem to get my junk to transfer betwixt settlements, even with the Local Leader perk, and people assigned to the junk-stations (name escapes me atm) at both settlements. What am I missing? Do I need to wait some time for the junk to be transferred? Thanks!

Great game so far, but I dont understand how the inventory of the crafting stations work. Is everything shared in one settlement without the perk mentioned above?

What about the books and bubble-heads, Ive found a few, but not been able to "consume" them. I press read, but that only shows me how the book looks, not the content of the book.

Also, the leveling system is a little different from FO3, you now chose either skills or abilites. I was level 6 until I realized I could choose the abilities below on the "perk screen". Enjoy the commonwealth folks!

Im definitely doing this, I'm not afraid of getting banned from this. I can not imagine they ban someone from unlocking the game early. Buying maybe.

Im more afraid off login into steamstore.com while using a free VPN service.

Bethestas games are known to be janky, on all platforms. That history is not gonna stop me from enjoying this on PC tonight. I would easily play this on 30 frames. Why watch streamers if you are getting it yourself? Also, how the hell can they stream this if its embargoed?

When streaming I get the best performance by far with using youtube. Youtube stays in HD quality, but html5 and streaming both stutter on HD. This could be since I'm streaming to Europe and maybe the amazon servers are located in the US. I don't know.

Youtube streaming is not available on prem content. Probably due to the lack of authentication on youtube? I dont know.

Now, I'm ending up with a premium quality on the normal content, and a lesser experience on the premium content. Any one else with comments or experiences with this?
