I see where he's coming from, but do I feel tricked no. I say that because I only buy games that I am interested in actually playing. I still have PS2 games that I bought when there were sales back then that are unplayed. It just comes with having less time to actually sit and play for 5-6 hours straight like I used to when I hand no job. I do intend to play most of if not all the games I own to completion (unless they are straight garbage) and as such don't feel cheated in the slightest.

Again, I do understand that impulse buying is a real thing and seeing things on sale can make you want to throw money at things you really don't need. Shit, that's pretty much all Black Friday exists for anyway, so a huge Steam sale can definitely have the same effect.

Jeez, Even Google isn't immune to the botched launch in 2013. First the + comment integration, now this. I hope this all gets ironed out because these examples Patrick pulled are pretty ridiculous.

Honestly, I was only disappointed that Arkham: Origins was a glitch ridden mess. The gameplay and story aside, the technical issues marred this game so hard for me.

I'm glad you enjoyed yourself. I spent hundreds of hours last summer playing it and picked up Dark Arisen earlier this year. The key story elements were pretty good but the side stuff was pretty underwhelming. The combat tho, that's the good shit right there. Can't wait to see what direction and improvements they add in the next one, and I'm so glad there will be another one.
