2018 and we still on that "Kingdom Hearts is soooo crazy" its the laziest critique of the series and always has been.
Have you seen it? It's about an anime child teaming up with a duck man and Goofy to fight Disney villains and edgy cosplayers. The fact that it's licensed by Disney but also has a character named Xehanort is BONKERS. And not the cat Bonkers either.
Bonkers should be in Kingdom Hearts as a villain in a Roger Rabbit stage.
I have only just barely gotten into the video, so apologies if this is brought up somewhere, but why do they have the Fortnite pinata thing in their store?
I'm happy to see a FobTi game show up on Giant Bomb. This is the fourth game this developer has put out and everything he's done has always been pretty good for what it is.
@undeadpool: I feel their plight, I really do, but I also agree that it's something they have to iron out if they want to do additional games in this format. The last few cycles of episodes have been extremely repetitive, and it seems like we're at a standstill when it comes to progress. To add onto that Vinny saying basically the same handful of things every video, it's exhausting.
I second your idea of having only one person on for each episode. There would be a lot more memorable moments that way as each commander stumbled over what the other three did. Maybe have a running Google Doc of notes for each player, or maybe have the other Beasters watching them play and seeing them react to screwups in real time?
There are ways to make this work, and I hope they're willing to tweak it next time.
