Hey guys I go to the gym a lot, I thought you would like to know but just so this doesn't look like an ego-boosting piece of trash blog post I'll just mix it in with a completley redundant news story.
They extended Valpraisio or whatever its called as well didn't they? Another 2 Mcom stations to attack and defend. Also I think there may have been small amounts of rejigging (to use the technical term) on some of the maps.
Edit: I just looked at the notes on the patch. Was valpraiso always that big? Or have they just forgot to add that?
I like how much of a tangent this post gone off on. I think it's clear that there will always be a communication barrier between any people from different places but the barrier is intesified when they are from different countries and don't have the same native language. I once rang up MS and got an Irish woman and I couldn't understand a word she was saying and I'm from Engand so I can't imagine what it would be like if a european customer rang up. But as long as labour remains cheap there corporations are going to hire people there.
Edit: Also on a positive note my Xbox decided to fix itself through the magic of gamer rage so fingers crossed that I can make £200 before it decides to pack in again.
A couple of days ago I posted a topic on the quality of service I recieved from Microsoft after I experienced an RRoD. This topic was posted out of rage and general indignation and I apologise to both the community and the mods who help keep these forums a respectable place for people to discuss games and the games industry. I should have thought out properly what I was posting. However this post was not racist as some commentors pointed out. I was merely trying to comment on the fact that Microsoft (and most large corporations) do not provide a satisfactory level of customer service to their customers. I feel that I posted this topic because I was already exacerbatedwith the games industry as a whole.
The level of quality from developers, publishers and even journalists has dropped significantly in recent years. Some publishers and developers have developed a state of mind where they believe that only a bare minimum should provided in the box at retail and that the rest should be fleshed out in DLC, others seem to be content with below par stories and instead seek to become the Michael Bay's of the video gaming world with ridiculous and mindless explosions and violence. We seem to be at a point where only a small number of developers are willing to push the bar in terms of what can be provided to the consumer at retail and how they can support their community post release. This same small group are also attempting to provide a better quality of storytelling and create a unique universe in which their game or games exist.
In conclusion I would like to plead to gamers, journalists and developers. Don't accept the sub standard.
ARGH. I don't trust devs anymore. First it was mass effect 2 with the promises of 'Yo we got a load of free DLC comin your way cerburus dudes' now Heavy Rain.
I'm assuming cinnamon toast crunch is basically curiously cinnamon in the U.K. If it is that is some crazy shit, the greatest ceral known to man. Also weetos.
