The fucking eyeballs. Just look at them in the thumbnail. The lady has real, human-sized eyes; most of her visible eye-meat is pupil and iris. Now look at Ryder (in the middle). His irises are tiny, and it looks like the eyeballs themselves must be six inches in diameter. It's actual body horror.
If nothing else, Dan seems to be pretty good at leading the conversation into a total tangent during Quick Looks. It's actually a super useful skill when the game is completely straightforward and there's nothing to really say about it.
All this XCOM 2 hate! So weird. Technical issues aside, that game was great at launch and has only gotten better with mods. It fixed all the problems I had with XCOM EU/EW. The only fault that could be leveled against it is that it is occasionally difficult to the point of unfairness, but never in a way that can't be anticipated. Well, that, and that there wasn't that much room for improvement to begin with.
@tevor_the_third: Dan Ryckert is the videogames and wrestling version of Karl Pilkington.
I'm kinda baffled by the idea that maybe people who eat things don't even remotely understand where the things they eat come from. I mean, not understanding what bread is, that is some incredible nonsense.
I knew as soon as they started trying to blaze their way through the cooler installation without taking the time to read the manual front to back that we were in real trouble. That is the finickiest part of putting together a PC if you've got a complicated multi-socket cooler, and depending on how terrible the stock cooler's mounting hardware is (looking at you socket 775) even then it's no picnic.
